Here are the steps to add a balance to your NEO Account from another bank using a virtual account:

Log in to the "Add Balance" menu on the KoinWorks Homepage.
Select "NEO Account" as the receiving account option.
Choose the bank option you'd like to use to add funds to your NEO Account.
Copy the displayed virtual account number.
Use the virtual account number to initiate a transaction from another bank.
