For Personal Account Users
- Click the pencil button on the Profile page.
- Choose the information you want to update.
- Follow the steps on the screen.
If you update data in the General Information section, the KoinWorks team will call you to confirm the changes for security purposes.
Once verified, you cannot update certain personal information, such as your ID number and name, in the Legal section.
For Business Account Users
- Click the pencil button on the Profile page.
- Choose the information you want to update.
- Follow the steps on the screen.
Once verified, you cannot update certain information such as your business information in the Business Information section, or certain personal information like your ID number and name in the Personal Information section.
